Layby Policies

Update SYSO Layby Polices as of 25/05/2012

Scrap Your Socks Off (here on in known as "SYSO or the Store" - Customer (Persons purchasing the items)

SYSO offers up to 8 weeks Layby on most items to their Customers. Extended terms can be arranged depending on the item. These Terms are agreed upon by signing the layby docket.

• We require a minimum of 10% deposit. Under no circumstances will we hold stock. Unfortunatley due to to past events no New stock will be eligble for layby. 

• Canceled Laybys on shop stock carry a 10% cancellation fee.

•  All Laybys are strictly 8 weeks. SYSO will contact you via your nominated method of contact at 6 wks to remind you that the Layby must be completed within 2 wks (Totalling 8 weeks.) No refund on overdue laybys

• All Laybys must have payments made at least once every 2 weeks.

• Cancellation fee on Laybys or customer orders is 10% of invoice total

Once Final payment has been made, Customers may collect there goods.


All Special Orders or Custom Orders are non refundable if cancelled. Special Orders are defined as an order for a non stock item that is ordered into stock at the customers request. Custom Orders are defined as an order for a non stock item that is cutomised specifically to a customers specifications.

We offer no refund on overdue Laybys unless previously arranged. We can organise time extensions if we are contacted within the Layby period.
